Payment processing
Orders are only processed after payment has been successfully completed and authorized.
Refunds
If you are entitled to a refund, for example after an approved return, the refund will be issued to your original payment method in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Once your return has been received and inspected and the refund has been approved, we will issue the refund within a maximum of 30 days.
The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account may also depend on your bank or payment provider.
